If I could remove the one star I would. Worst moving company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Run as fast as you can from this outfit.

Very poor service. I booked my move 1 month in advance, but 2 days before my move, Parker relocation called me to change the date, and tell me that no driver was available on the scheduled day. This was very stressful 24hrs, but I was inform the issue had been "fixed". Then on the day of my move, the movers only arrived at 4h30PM, setting our schedule travel to catch our ferry back by several hours. I also was told that my goods would be weighted for the final price, but they were not. No one is returning my calls, and still waiting for my receipt.

They just moved my friend from Gabriola Island to Nanaimo and they were amazing. The two guys (K & M you know who you are) just made it happen. They made the move as painless as it could be: No fuss. No sweat. No lifting.

Good delivery service

Booked our haul months in advance.....the night before the time was changed, by hauler. His reason was, that he had taken another job before us.?????? Hew bumped us by 5 hrs!!!!!! Because this was done the night before, we waited at the dock for 5 hrs!!!! On the return trip...he was 2.5 hrs late. Once again booked months in advance. This time it was 35 degrees at the dock!!!! His equipment is held together by tape and zap straps!!!! This is not an exaggeration!!!!! Blew a brake line a block from the boat launch!!!!! Image your boat stuck on the side of the road, due to a lack of maintainece of hauler's equipment. Nightmare!!!!! Will never go with him again!!!!!! Do yourself a big favour and use another hauler!!!!!

Absolutely horrible the people were moving my in-laws and we're so unprofessional they broke a bunch of stuff, swearing and just had an all around bad attitude. Then talked with the manager and he said he would call me back after talking to the owner and didn't call back. Will never hire again and we have used them 2 times prior and recommended them to a lot of people. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.
