Movers

I just recently moved from Taber to Lacombe, when looking for a moving company I read the reviews Goodtogo Moving had and called. First off Karen was so great to talk to, she said she would give me a call when she had someone in the area and two days later she called back with a time her movers were able to come out and take an inventory of what had to be moved to get the best possible quote. The two gentlemen that came out were awesome and the next morning I had a quote. After some discussions we had it booked for them to pack, disassemble, load and unload and reassemble. The movers showed up on time and were an awesome 2 man team. A big shout out to Brady and Jade, they finished packing and had everything loaded in record time. Upon arrival they were both here and unloaded and reassembled. And the price quoted was exactly as promised by Karen with no other hidden costs. They even stayed while we quickly emptied a few boxes so they could be returned. I would highly recommend this company for moving anywhere. Very professional, kind, and overall great to work with. You will not be disappointed!!!. Thank you again Goodtogo Moving you have been the most awesome people in making this transition. *****😊

Fantastic people.

Best trucking terminal

Hugh and Karen provided top notch service at Go Minis Lethbridge for many years and now Jeremiah is here to serve you in the same way with your mobile storage and moving container needs.

Reliable service! We have used them for years, and will continue to support them!

False promises, No Miles. One of the worst companies to work for, unorganized, poor performance, drivers treated on basis of race. I don’t know what kind of driver’s are those who think this is one the best company to work for(staying 15-20 days out on road making $6-700 a week). Have you guys even have seen how other companies even work. When we were hired, they made a promise to pay minimum 10,500 miles a month even if they don’t have work for you, after 3 months they took that off our hands and than everything runs their way now. Dispatching staff doesn’t have a clue what they are doing. Dispatching staff is good, treats you respectfully, but they really don’t care about drivers. They do not have enough experience to hold those positions as there route planning is very poor. They waste few hours daily of your book. Safety wise they are good, careful, and tell drivers everything to do for safety. Some drivers have told me that they get good miles, so at last I think it is all racism. Some drivers have even told me that they are planning for bankruptcy or waiting for some big guys to come and buy this company(just heard from others). That’s why I think they are short staffed all times. Guys don’t trust other driver’s with 4-5 star ratings to this Transport. I don’t know why a driver would give 4-5 ratings to this Transport. Also you have to beg for layovers. They really make excuses to pay layovers, sometimes you have to fight for it. Trust me it is one of the worst.

I booked a truck at the beginning of the month at this location and after checking back twice Uhaul phoned the day before the move and told me no truck was booked for this date! Do not trust this location for anything important as your moving truck may not be even booked as it happened to me.

Great customer service! Thank you to Alycia, especially, for being such a great help!

fast, efficient, friendly and careful! I recommend them to anyone needing anything moved!

We did a move from Vancouver to Coquitlam but had about 20m3 of boxes and some furniture coming from Edmonton. On they day they went to pick up our stuff, they said they would be there late afternoon, they did not show up until 10pm. Then they quoted more money as they claimed there was mored space being used. Which was odd! We literally had double the boxes when we moved last with this company 2 years ago and they charged us more for the second move when we had about half of the amount of stuff to move. They then notified us they would have our stuff dropped off somewhere between 8-10am and no one showed until 1pm. After this we were out running errands for the new place only to get a call that we needed to be back at our place in an hour because they forgot to drop off a ladder and left other peoples stuff at our place. We said we wouldn't be able to make it back for another couple of hours and they said to bad. So we had to drop everything we were doing again and rush home. The only reason they get one star is because the mover they contracted out to us for our Vancouver to Coquitlam portion was amazing and extremely helpful. Will no longer recommend this company to any of our friends or family moving from Alberta to BC. We called the company for an explanation or at least to get a refund for the metres cubed they overcharged us for and they were rude, unsympathetic and stand offish.

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING!!!!! I have also made this review under my name and not not my boyfriends name of which the move reservation is under so yes the company is going to say they don’t have a reservation under my name. DO NOT USE!! I advise that you read this comment entirely before considering hiring this company. This company is not it all what they advertise themselves to be. They claim to be the official movers of the braves but I cannot imagine that any Braves player or their families would actually use this company after the experience that we had today. I will try to make this as brief as possible. We hired this company to fully pack up our home and unpack everything at our new home. The company arrived two hours late and when we discussed what they would, which is what we discussed with the salesman the few days before, the movers had no idea that they were going to be packing the house and did not even have packing supplies and asked us to run to Home Depot and pay for supplies for them. They did a very very poor job of packing up our house and mixed rooms up in multiple boxes and then left the boxes in the garage of the new house for us to unpack even though we paid them to unpack. The crew was extremely unorganized and very careless with handling our items. They seemed rather unintelligent and did not even understand what their job description was. One of the movers also asked to use the restroom in our brand new home that we were moving into and pooped in our bathroom!! I was absolutely appalled and disgusted by this behavior and after speaking to their management I will never use this company again. The management was completely unhelpful and simply said they would not charge us for the moving materials that we had to pay for and sit in 30 minutes in traffic to go get and when we mentioned the defecation, management only simply apologized. They still expect us to pay the full price even though they did not do what they were hired to do. I would be very cautious and hiring this company. They were dirty, had disgusting habits, and did a terrible job of moving my home. The movers also did not move all of our boxes. They left multiple boxes behind in the old house and when we called management again management hung up on us. HORRBLE EXPERIENCE.

The moving of our house went perfectly thanks to John and his exceptional crew! Absolutely AAA+.
