Movers

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Nothing ;labeled, they packed utter garbage but not valuables. All attachments for my camera are missing as well as a handmade fishing rod gifted to me by my late Dad. They complained constantly and never worked more than 3 hours at a stetch. I had to send them back THREE TIMES for things they didn't bring. I was without my food boxes for FOUR DAYS and they were either stoned or hungover when they delivered them. They help my last load when I declined to pay for the extra trips. My lawyer had to force them rto deliver it. They LIED to Better Business Bureau about my complaint as well

Excellent moving company! Can't say enough. The movers were polite, fast, strong, cheerful and all around super nice. I highly recommend this business.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Len Wray's Moving and Storage, True professionals all the way. The cost estimate by Romeo was thorough and detailed. The moving crew, Brian, Mike, Liam and Tyler (hope I have that right), were pleasant and hard working. The move in was not easy with a steep driveway and a house with lots of stairs, but even the piano wasn't a problem for these guys. Well done and thank you.

I had to book my move very last minute and they were able to accommodate me with no hesitation. Operator at the office was great and explained all details before hand. When the movers arrived they explained the contract to me. Asked me to see the place prior to start moving so they get familiar with the stuff. They started and loaded in one hour got to my place and unloaded so quick! My move was done in 3 hours for a large 1 bedroom. John and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and experienced. I will definitely hire them next time (hopefully not for a while) and will recommend them to all!

Good price they show on time , good experience

Used them twice for moving a couch and a second time for a piano. Very professional service. Will use them again for sure

Used a Big Steel Box for storing our stuff during a home reno - recommended by a friend as we had planned to use a mini storage, but this saved us the trek there and back all the time - was cheaper per the space, and more convenient - all the people we dealt with were great too - hard to beat.

So far so good. We decided to use this company to both store our belongings and eventually ship them back east for us when we move. They don't have the weight limitations that PODS has, and their box is bigger. So for moving a house full of stuff it seemed the best choice. And their price is a lot cheaper than a big moving company. Also, their storage costs are cheaper than any local storage facility. We'll have to see how we feel after all is delivered and unpacked, but so far so good. They even gave me a free month storage because they initially sent the wrong type of box, and it cost me a few hours extra time on site loading. No big deal, but it does show good customer relations.

It was a pleasure having Dell Transport haul some of our product to a job site. Office staff to the drivers, I would highly recommend this company.

Worst recycling depot ever. How did these guys ever get the contract to run the recycling depot. They only open when they feel like it, never open the hours that the city has published on line, and want everything left on their doorstep. I hope that someone else takes this on, so I don't have to make three trips to get rid of glass and styrofoam waste.

Terrible price, terrible service. I mistakenly had a 2 inch x12 inch 20lb. package sent from Mill Bay, Vancouver Island to Castlegar depot. 5 days and $140.00, yep $140.00. Called Canada Post, about $70.00, called a courier, they said $54.00. I contacted them to see if there was an error, no and I was lucky to have them. So, whether business or private the results are----- anybody but Overland. Can't give no stars.

Thank you so much to the guys for today who came and packed up EVERYTHING for me. So professional and took alot of the stress off. Will definately use you again. Thank you so much. See you tomorrow for unloading. Thank you again. Kathleen
