Don't be fooled or served by the older woman. She is only playing nice to get your business and she is very rough. She also gets angry when you let her know she's hurting you. I stopped her and requested another tech to finish. She then went on a rant, in their language, while the other tech-- Mary-- completed the job. I'm sure she was cursing me out. The older gentleman is nice but it seems he is forced to be there. On the other hand, I love Mary and the other lady. They are sweet, gentle, attentive, and seem to care about the customer and their profession.
