I paid for the $30 pedicure (regular polish) which includes cleaning under the nail & cuticle trim, well she didn’t bother doing it even though I politely asked her since it’s included, besides that as you can see the polish is very sloppy! I’m very disappointed, won’t be going back unfortunately

I'm new to Concord and have spent the last 6 months trying to find a quality nail salon. I had worked with the same nail tech where I used to live for 9 years and I'm super picky. I don't want gel on my cuticles, I want my skin cleaned up and clean paint lines. I had avoided AK Nails because of the reviews but an alternate salon wasn't open today and I took a chance on AK Nails. I couldn't be happier with both gel mani and traditional pedi. The attention to detail, the thoroughness - I'm thrilled with the superb work! I'll be scheduling with Karen from now on but I really don't think you can go wrong with a walk-in.

Got a giftcard for my aunts bday and they took care of her good. She said this is the best place in town to get her mani pedi.

Tea Nails is the best! Everyone who works there is kind, professional and accommodating. They have many colors to choose from in standard polish, gel polish and powder dip. Its always clean and peaceful.

I don’t even know where to start. Everyone here is extremely welcoming and friendly not to mention extremely talented. Francis and Kim did my nails beautifully, will definitely be coming back and 11/10 reccamend.

I have been a customer here for many years. A friend and I went in for pedicures on Sat March 5th. At that time the place wasn’t too busy plus we’d made an appointment, so they took us right away My friend got an excellent pedicure, plenty of leg massaging and the person doing her pedicure really took her time. I had to wait a few minutes before mine started (no big deal, my feet were soaking and the massage chair was great) The gal doing my pedicure seemed really rushed. I didn’t get a nice leg massage like my friend. And she was being a tad rough on my nails. She was finished the same time as my friend pedicure did. I didn’t notice until after I had paid and was heading to my car that my toe kinda hurt. My friend and I headed to lunch and when I got out of the car I noticed my right big toe was bleeding. By 8:30pm last night it was also turning red. See photo. I gave it a good soak in peroxide which at least cleaned up the blood I have never ever had a bad experience at Special Nail. The gal who did my pedicure might have been new as I did not recognize her. This was the WORST EVER pedicure I’ve ever had in my 65 years. This morning my toe still hurts so I’m going to remove the polish and start treating it so it heals. A total waste of $45
