I came here for years before our move back to Germany. It‘s the best place in the Bay for your nails. If you haven‘t tried it, go for it.

Haven't gotten my nails done in years and decided to book an appointment here. They got me in quickly which was nice, but the nails were not good quality... I wanted long coffin white nails with the letter D on my ring finger, i even have an inspiration picture that i showed them. I'm not confrontational but I can't believe I tipped, let alone paid and said I liked them when they came out so badly.. the nails are lumpy, not smooth at all and the letter D came out horribly. I just wanted to leave at this point because it was embarrassing and there was an uncomfortable atmosphere. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately because now I've got to go get them removed somewhere else and redone... not happy at all. I should have just had them removed then and there

I got a full set, and all nails fell off the next day. Manager is rude and does not apologize nor fix any mistakes. BEWARE! You get what you pay for.

Came in w/ my husband for a manicure. Tools were filthy and UV light for gel nails was also dirty. My gel manicure was fine. My husband got a small cut from the cuticle clean and then it got infected, this was very upsetting. Tools were not clean!! Her tin box of tools will say "clean" but dont be fooled! I dont think they are sterilized, because the same tools used on my husband were used on me, then put in the "clean" box. Very unsettling. Manicurist was also using nail brushes from the "soiled" bin. Please go at your own risk.
