I love this place and love Jeannie. They’re pretty popular and I am a last minute planner so I often can’t get in when I want to. But their popularity is clearly an indication of the quality work they do. Jeannie is so friendly and will engage you in interesting conversation sprinkled with great recommendations and stories about the Bay. :)

I had the best experience here today. My first time and I took my visiting granddaughter. We had the most satisfying and wonderful time and our nails turned out fabulous!! Best menicure ever!!! I didn't even get nipped once!! Found my new favorite place❤

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I received the worst manicure and pedicure here. My manicure chipped off the very next day and their dirty tools gave me an infection on my toe. This place has gone down from being Lisa's Nails. It's dirty and the nail techs are very rude. When I asked for a refund, they preceeded to send me multiple texts trying to argue with me that it was not a bad pedicure and manicure. The texts kept coming. Straight up harassment. I've been getting pedicures for 15 years and that was the worst experience of my life. The massage lasted literally 1 minute. Don't go here. There are a ton of nail places.

Worst place ever do not waist your time and money on this place!!!! The people there don't even know how to do nails there was 3 people that worked on my nails because they all didn't know what they were doing. I went with my daughter and her friend and it was the same for all and other girls there too. They wanted to charge extra for everything else. For length, color and shape like isn't it all in nudes??. We ask for color and a flower only on one nail and the lady wanted to charge $85 plus everything else. Our nails came out pumpy and ugly and overcharge. DO NOT GO IN THERE!!!!!

Great job Kayla did in my nails. But more than that, she was super nice to me. I’m new here and she made me feel super welcome. What an angel! Thanks for everything!

Always love their service! Not the place if you're looking for acrylics since they only focus on natural nails. All the technicians that I had are all good, and really focus in giving relaxing service. ❤

Friendly service. With Covid, they are very health conscious. We all wore masks, and plenty of distance between guests. I had an ingrown toenail I’ve had for too long. I tried fixing up myself which only made it deeper and harder to find. After pointing it out the manicurist was able to get down in there and smooth it out, ending my persistent irritation. Fair pricing, I’ll return.

They shape nails well. The gel pedicure was amazing.

Went there a couple weeks ago to get my nails done for my birthday. And one of the nail ladys was upset at my tip. Said it out loud to the coworkers of how upset she was. Sorry some of us are broke and want to get pampered and I had almost paid $50. Not planning on going here again. Sorry not sorry!

They do a great job I've been going there for 3 months now. Only downside no nail art. They do have decals but that's all. Eventually I will find another salon.

Best place for all skin care

Tae did a freestyle set on me and I absolutely love it! It’s so creative and cute but also very clean. She really made me feel comfortable in her space and overall I had a 10/10 experience
