My daughters and I really enjoy coming here and getting a little pampered from time to time. Always clean and professional, the shellac always lasts and everyone is super friendly. I’d recommend this business to anyone :)

I came in for a manicure and specifically said I didn't want shellac because I have thin nails and the roughing of the nail bed to apply shellac is really hard on my nails. They proceeded to remove previous shellac with the grinding/sanding tool and then used it again on my bare nails before applying regular nail polish. When I asked the man doing my nails why he was doing that if I wasn't using shellac he said that's how they do it even though I specifically asked not to. My nails were wrecked and even almost two months later you can still see the indent where the tool scraped off my nail and I have to keep them extremely short because they rip/flake off. I went in when they first opened in October, received professional and welcoming service. Had a pedicure done where they used oranges in the water and rubbed them on your legs . The fragrance was fresh and appealing . There is no strong scent from the nail bar as they use organic products . I have been a client there ever since .

Jenny is my favourite go-to for my nails! I get a UV gel overlay every 3 weeks, and she always gives me exactly what I want. She allows me to be my picky self and always adjusts anything I point out to her with zero complaints. My nails never ever chip, break or peel; they could easily last me 4 weeks or so but I just can’t stand going a day past 3 weeks as my nails grow fast. I always look forward to our visits as they are private and one on one! Jenny is very personable, professional and also quite hilarious! She’s tinted my lashes a couple of times and I absolutely love it! The tint usually lasts about 4 weeks. Jenny’s pricing is unbeatable, her hours are flexible, and her customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend her services and will only go to her so long as I live in Kelowna!

First time getting lash extensions in Kamloops, so glad I met Brianna here! Not only did she do a wonderful job, she followed up with me the next day to ensure there were no issues. When I told her my right eye was slightly irritated, she made arrangements to see me right away (the issue resolved itself). Very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and aftercare.
