Terrible service for overly priced nails, Anne in particular can not deliver what you ask for without catching an attitude. Thumbs down for her customer service complete downgrade from what I’m use to.

Michelle is a wonderful beautician. Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. If you haven't been here, give her a try, you won't regret it. Even if you just let her wash your hair, Michelle gives a great massage. Male or female you'll enjoy the experience.

The man that did my nails cut my thumb while filing.My nails barely matched the design i wanted.It took them 20-30 minutes to get to me

Wanda has been my hair stylist off and on 30+ years and I'll follow her anywhere. The salon is really cute and is a full service salon with reasonable prices. Don't take my word for it... check it out for yourselves.

I haven’t ever had an issue with Star Nails. I see many people complain about the wait. I have had customers get upset with me because I walk directly to Tammy’s stations or wait a very short time but it’s because I make appointments EVERY time I go. Tammy has explained to the upset customers that I have an appointment and since they are walk ins, that they would have to wait until a technician was available and she has always been polite to them ever when I’ve witnessed customers being nasty to her about it. Yes they are busy. But if you don’t want to wait, they do schedule appointments. I have always been happy with Tammy’s work and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

My daughter and I love this place. I always get shellac nails and they are beautiful. They are especially kind to my 10 year old when she wants a pedicure. I have never had a bad experience and will recommend them to anyone.

I love going to get my nails done and normally I would Pay (in Pinellas park Florida or Gadsden Alabama) around 25$-30$ to get my nails done like the full Nelson. Mani then acrylics or geeks with any design or finish at no extra cost. This place is beautiful and friendly and they are decent doing nails but I went in with my mother in law and between ya both I got a full set with American manicure and clear base Anna she got a simple mani and polish and we paid 75$. So the prices are pretty steep but other wise the atmosphere’s stellar!

I had a full set of nails put on with gel on top for $45.00, then when I needed a fill, I was charged $45.00 again.. The gel is running over my nail and looks awful. Will not be back…

I went here to get a simple set abs girl let me tell you they are amazing. I loved the lady who did my nails. She was very sweet, everyone there was super nice.

I went in with my friends to get gel nails and they did a great job!! I'm very happy I came here to get my nails done. She was very friendly and meticulous when painting my nails & cutting my cuticles. I would definitely come back again.
