The best nail salon in SF, hands down. I am torn to post this review, because I am afraid the place will get so popular that I won’t be able to book an appointment. I love this place and people working there. They are perfectionists and my mani lasts twice as long than if done at other places. It is clean, professional, and staff is very accommodating and kind. Look at the picture, this is perfection.

Does not enforce mask mandate on customers, usually messy in the clothing and toy sections. Best to order online with 3 day shipping. If you choose to ship it to Walmart, the shipping fees are free.

Travis and Tina are great!! Both are very professional and talented! I love the work they do! My nails always look great when I leave.

Lilli is great, her regular pedicure and manicure last as long as a gel colored from the other salons. She apply a very thin layer of color and clean up the edges very well.

Rachel’s attention to detail is unmatched! She always does my nails exactly how I like them and so well. You’ll never want to go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend. She’s the best.

New owners and AMAZING!! I called to have my bordoodle (border collie/ poodle) groomed and I was able to get a same day appointment. The groomers were very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted in a cut. And did a fabulous job!!! They also don’t crate the dogs in the back. Everything is up front so you know what is happens with your fur baby at all times. They are installing a crate-less system for those pups not use to a crate, like my dog. I’d highly recommend them. My pup came back happier than she ever has. No stress on her. Will be going back.

Annie’s nail salon has moved to 1199 Howard, suite 3. My mom and I love Annie’s. She gives you the personal touch. Her shop is super clean and her close personal attention to your hands and feet cannot be beat. Seeing Annie is more like a trip the the spa.

Very rude! I had an appointment with them. When I got there and said that I have an appointment it looked like they were surprised. There are a few nail technicians at that time. All of them were busy with client. The was no way they could take me at my appointment time. I wasn’t welcome at all. Bad hospitality. When I said again that I have an appointment. One of the nail technician replied to me “can’t you see that we are busy”. Horrible experience!

I'm the owner!! I love my little shop!!!! And the customers seem to really love it!!! We are covid safe so all customers must wear a mask!!!!

I've tried a few places in the area and I feel that they do the best job. Very nice staff, great customer service. I go here all the time and I recommend it to my friends.

Helen was excellent.

I got the deluxe gel pedicure and that was good, the younger lady did them. The older lady, Lee did my full set acrylic and they were NOT good at all! I just wanted long coffin French Tip with acrylic powder and she could not do it. My nails were very uneven and crooked. They were not coffin at all and she did not file them good. I was hoping after filing they would look better but once she was done and ready to polish I knew they were just not going to be fixed. I was so displeased with them I left without polish because I had already been there for over 2 hours. The pedicure was $60 which I didn't mind since I got the deluxe one, but she charged me $55 dollars for this set that was horrible and not completed. I wont ever go back there!
