Nails

This place was mediocre until I was serviced by the manager’s wife (Chao) Now I’m never coming back. She was watching something on her phone the entire time and was constantly distracted from doing my nails. She tried to hide the phone and pretend she was just looking down. She reused previously used tools of another guest to do my manicure (not sanitized). She was rude, kept walking away to service other guests without even notifying me. When I confronted her at the end, after paying for the service I received, she said I was “too picky”. Called the manager and he just defended Chao because she is his wife. Messy, the way they run this business.

MK Nails is my go-to nail place and has been for years. From prom night all the way into my university years I have stuck with MK Nails. They always make my nails look like I just spent 200$ on them when I really only spent 50-60$! So friendly and professional.

I love this place. It is clean, the staff is super friendly, prices are upfront, the pedicures are always well done and quick, the polishes are reputable brands, and the atmosphere is calm. Further, they always manage to squeeze me in, even when they are busy. I've been coming for months now.

Friendly professional service. Clean environment. Reasonable rates. European techniques that result in beautiful strong nails that will stand up to some pretty rough treatment. As long as Michelle is in business, I'll be a customer.

Her spa is very clean and she's so nice. I won't look for anyone else when it comes to esthetician.

I waited til 8 in my car for the store to open and the pharmacist is late so they won't open, even though I just needed something off the shelf. Better off going down the road to the Shoppers drug mart and not wasting your time, now I'm running late. Thanks.
