Decent layout, lots of staff, lots of product on the shelf everywhere you look. They didnt have any baby formula unfortunately, because that's what I was looking for. Other then that they have a decent selection of items.

First on my list when looking for professional services is the cleanliness of the business. Top marks to Darcee for providing a wonderful atmosphere at her salon. She makes certain you enjoy your entire experience of being pampered while she is working with you. Unable to have LCN nails I was pleased to find that I have no problems with the CND products Darcee uses and my nails are growing and without any damage to the nail bed!! I'm pleased to say that I'm now a regular customer and look forward to enjoying some of the other services that Darcee offers.

I booked a manicure and pedicure for my wedding. The technician cancelled on me 1 hr before my appointment. I didn't see the message until I got to the store. She suggested I could come back 7 hours later when she had childcare available. Complete lack of professionalism.

The girl who helped me was so gentle and sweet. I got a shellac manicure, and it looks amazing. The pedicure was very nice too, and I enjoyed the gentle massage!

This was probably the most utterly rude customer experience mixed with lovely splash off racism, I have ever had in my life. Visiting from out of town and would never recommend this business to anyone for any reason. I am only giving this review one star, so I can write this review...This woman dismissed me before I could even utter a word. Told me she was "busy and didn't have time for that". Got up from her chair and walked away before I could even enquire about her services. I didn't even get eye contact. Walked to the back of the store and just stood there. Didn't give me a time to come back, book an appointment, nothing. Just got up and walked away. I am still in utter disbelief....Not a client in sight No-one....I am still stunned. All I could do was walk away as I was so embarrassed. After thinking about my experience, I could cry...Severly overpriced from what I could see as well. Twice as much from what I would normally pay in Toronto...DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!

My favorite place to get my nails did ...Rachel is very professional and always has the best colors .she even got all the toe jam out that I could never reach ...and all with a smile

I heard a few horror stories about this place, but went against my better judgment and booked an appointment anyways and I fully regret my decision. I originally booked 2 waxes and the lady only did one wax and said that she didn't have time for the second wax. Which I was fine with, because of the 1.5 hours of pain that I had to endure (should of been max 30 minutes) for the first wax. I found the lady very unprofessional and a bit ignorant. The lady didn't use gloves, left the excess wax on and said that it would was off, after a few hot showers ... I was stuck together. She had also told me to use the pbf roll-on exfoliant right away. No thank you; imagine the pain of having your pores wide open and rolling on the pbf 🤯 ☠ I was also made fun of 😡 I don't care if you make fun of me, but at least wait until I am gone. Sadly, the bs I endured could've been avoided had I listened to the people who told me to stay away.
