‘ Went in for a first time service , and had Varsha. Was absolutely nervous , especially for the pain. It absolutely went way way way better than I thought. Lower end of the scale on pain, and I’m not one too tolerate pain well. Varsha’s directions were great and she was very much cautious and thoughtful of how I was feeling . Definitely rate the experience 10/10. Can’t wait for regular services with her .

J Kruger Medi Spa is amazing! From the moment you enter until the time you leave, the staff is always welcoming…Not to mention friendly, informative and more than willing to assist you with anything! Dr. Kruger has helped me so much with my migraines and TMJ with Botox. I highly recommend his knowledge and expertise! I have also tried some of the J Kruger skin care products with the help of one of the girls! She definitely knew her stuff!! The overnight collagen mask is AMAZING, as well as the vitamin C cream and retinol serum which she recommended for myself! I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE!!

I came in and they gave me a services booklet, in it it says $25 for an acrylic refill. I asked her how much more for my certain design, she said $5, so I said okay so $25 for the refill and then $5 more for the design? She said yes. Did my nails and then charged me $50. I asked why it was so much more and they said a refill is $50, so I pulled out their services booklet from their front desk and pointed to the $25, and they said that’s outdated and they haven’t had those prices in months. So I paid the $50, and left and I will not be back. I feel as if they were swindling me, and considering I had said $25 and they said yes, they knew what they were doing. Besides that, she got nail polish all over my skin and some gold sparkles onto my nails that were supposed to just be blue.
