Terribly RUDE OWNER, no customer skills whatsoever!!! Never greets her customers and is very rude to her own staff as well. I was a customer for a very long time and observed this for years. Self centered and very narcissistic person, owner, only looking for excuses when clients call for help with services. RUDE,RUDE,Rude!!! Staff is wonderful and this is the only reason why I was going there for years, but now I will gladly take my money elsewhere, where the owner will appreciate my business and me as a client. We have other beautiful salons in Grimsby, clean and welcoming new clients. Pho never said "hello, how are you"to me once! She is not customer friendly person and should work on some skills before opening her business. I'm absolutely sure that the girls working there are clapping as well those who left the business, working in fear. Just remember, that you have no business without your clients!!! So you should appreciate them a LOT!!!

I really enjoy this spa. The staff is all so wonderful, kind and professional and the place is spotless. I’m always happy with the results! It’s like night and day from that place across the highway (rhymes with fancy) who has the worst staff, cleanliness and attitudes.

I’ve never left a bad review before but I Left with butchered and bleeding nails. I ask to have my gels removed and to keep some of the length. The tech proceeded to rip them off aggressively with a nail tip and ended up tearing my own nails in multiple spots. When it was bleeding she began rubbing it hard with alcohol to “clean them”. 3 of my nails are so short below the nail bed. She kept complaining that they were to hard to remove and it seemed like she was annoyed with me. I will never go back for any service.

Staff friendly & thorough. Shirley does my pedicures and does a wonderful job. Pedicure lasts for 6 wks & my feet feel great! No more problems with ingrown nails. Competitive prices. 5 star with me.

I have to say that I was impressed with the quality of training offered from White Wolf Dog Training. They did an amazing job as they provided great customer service and were very helpful every step of the way. My senior dog has been stubborn and disobedient and you never really think that an old dog can do a new trick or change their ways. But I was wrong as this team of people have many years of experience training dogs basic commands and they also offer advanced training techniques such as helping with separation anxiety. They helped my senior dog change her ways of misbehaving and she is now obedient and the results were fantastic. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and I highly recommend hiring White Wolf Dog Training to do all the work for you. You will not be disappointed.

I had the the best afternoon today at Euro Senses with Natalie. I wanted a facial but no idea which one as I’m new to facials - I knew I was in capable hands. Natalie is well informed, knows her industry and advised what would be best for my skin. My skin feels fantastic! I can’t wait to book another facial and pedicure! Pedicure chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever used and has a wide colour selection of regular polish and shellac. Natalie is professional. The Spa is spotless. I loved my little piece of heaven this afternoon! Highly recommend!

I will never return here! The owner has to take some classes on customer service. I came in here with my mom and sister in law. My sister in law got acrylics nails done and he did a really poor job, extremely thick, and sloppy paint job! I requested that when he gets time to thin it down he got extremely agitated, and started cursing and threatening to call the police. Keep in mind I'm 8 months pregnant and was not being rude to him, just simply asked him to correct this for her. He got so agitated I had to leave because it became very uncomfortable and stressful. I went to phenox nails where they did a fantastic job. Do not go here! Poor customer service, poor quality, poor selection, poor experience!!

So happy I came here. I loved my manicure by D. Great quality and her hand massage was so relaxing. Unbeatable price for the service! I recommend it and will come back.

Wow! What a great experience! Linda is absolutely fabulous. I was in to get a lash lift & lash tint and the experience was amazing. Linda is a true professional. My lashes ending up having a beautiful curl and the tint was perfect. I can't wait to go back and try her other services. I highly recommend booking an appointment, you will not be disappointed. Love going to get my nails done, they look GREAT every time! Everyone working is very professional and knows what they're doing. Great service, LOVE that they use liners in the pedicure tubes for every new client.

Got UV Gel nail set paid $50 and 3 days later the colour started peeling. Won't go back.
