I recently went to Lux for some nail TLC and was so happy that I did! I’ve always been there as a walk in customer, because all of their technicians do an amazing job but, after having Anna do my nails, I’ll be making sure to book with her! Her attention to detail and her creativity are beyond compare. I left with one of the best manicures I have ever had! She was able to re-create a design I saw somewhere online and it was a perfect match. She even guided me to the right colours and top coats. I’ve never had so many compliments on my nails. I can’t wait to see what she is able to create next! If you have the chance, schedule a visit at Lux with Anna; trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I just had my nails done 5 minutes ago. Service literally sucks!!!! I hate writing reviews but I feel very disrespected!! I went there and asked to get my shellac off with full manicure and paraffin wax, about 15 minutes after I started, regular customers came in and my technician literally left me sitting there and started with them, they even had the wax on before me. My technician knew that I wanted both colour and wax, she came after about 10 minutes and told me I am good to go ignoring me asking for wax or anything else. She even said regular colour takes long to dry!!!! Very disrespectful, totally not worth the money…

I was not treated nicely...After getting my pedicure done I was sat in the chair for a full set..He was told what I wanted .(sport length) he put the nails on, when it was time for cutting he gave me attitude and told me to wait for some else..I was upset because I would of had to wait until the other technician to finish.. which meant I would of been there longer then I should have.. But I would like to thank the young lady that works the desk up front for willing to give me what I wanted. My nails came out very nice..
