Last week I made an online appointment with a particular person working at NT Nail Spa through the Appointment Scheduler on their website. This morning, I arranged for transportation to my nail appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed, by management (on the phone), that my nail technician no longer worked there and that THEY FORGOT to contact me. I was assured that someone else could take care of me at that time, which was fine. After ending our call, I asked for someone else to do my manicure. In spite of what I was told on the phone, no one would be available to assist me for a few hours. Even though the shop was completely empty. So I left. A few hours later I was sent an email confirmation of a new appointment with a new technician. I did not request or set up this appointment nor would I be making another trip to the salon. Today was a complete waste of my time. It is very unlikely that I will ever return.

Amazing quality services. This is my go to place for pedicures. They take their time and give such attention to details. Best pedicures in the city!!

I have tried a bunch of places in Elk Grove and this is hands down the best place for pedicures. They took there time and made the experience extremely enjoyable. I will for sure be coming back here.

I have been going to TK Nails for over 8 years now. The way they do nails is absolutely amazing, as the owner Ken is always kind and will always fit you in. Sophia is the one who does my nails and Kathy does my pedicures and my nails last up to four weeks with no chipping or breaking. Their pricing is completely reasonable and they are one of the best nail places around. I highly recommend them. Melissa Lamb

Always a great experience! Lina does a great job on my nails. She's usually available "when I need her"! Place is kept clean and its nicely decorated too! They offer pedi's (Lucy does a great job), wax (Trish does my wax and never disappoints), powder nails, fiber glass and acrylic. They ate usually able to accommodate walk-ins but an appointment is probably better. Don't get angry if you have to wait a little bc you don't have an appointment!

Not clean, run-down, broken TV, manicurists are only adequate. Very sketchy, feel sorry for the workers.
