Optometrist

Amazing eye doctor with friendly receptionist

Great prices and selection. If yoy see something you like by it then. They turn over seasonal products quickly.

Always busy but usually have all cashes open. Staff not overly helpful. A good place to get propane

Had an appointment with Dr. McGrail on Apr.11,2017. He sent me for a cat scan scheduled for Aug.1,2017 which I had at the Dartmouth General. After not hearing anything from him or the clinic, I called in April,2018 and found out he is no longer there and is off sick. A year later I am no further ahead than I was a year ago Surely someone could have called me.

It's the people

Great service! Very nice people to do business with. Highly recommend..

Amazing customer service. Fast professional personal. I always get my glasses and checkups here.and yes they do repairs. And what a selection of glasses to choose from..wow. 10/10 will shop here again.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. We are home on vacation and of course my luck I lost a contact and needed a replacement. Both the front lady and the optometrist working there were more than understanding and helped me immediately. I am very pleased with my service I would certainly go back every time.

I went in to get an appointment to see the optometrist due to an eye injury. The optometrist was gone for the day, but the staff mentioned that he had another office in New Glasgow and called that location and book me an appointment for a couple of hours later. Their customer service was fantastic - at both offices! Thank you

Great service. All my glasses are from there. They are great at repairing bent frames, lost nose pieces, whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Great selection too.
