I want ten stars but they only have 5. I went to Walmart Vision Centre in Chatham with my daughter to have her glasses fixed. I had a pair where the arms were bent, so I asked a lady there if she could fix them, even tho I didn't purchase them there. She looked and said that she could try but might break them, well they were no good to me the way they were so I asked her to try & that I would be happy to pay. She (Erin) came back after a few minutes and they were fixed! I am so happy. When I asked how much I owed she said 'no charge!' Now that is customer service to nth degree! Thank you Erin! I will certainly go to Walmart Vision Centre for my next eye exam and glasses. My daughter's glasses were under warranty and she had her's back within minutes as well. They know what they are doing there and have fast, courteous service. TEN stars & I HIGHLY recommend Walmart Vision Centre in Chatham, Ontario

We were camping when my daughter scratched her eye. Dr. Brian Price and his office staff found time to help us that very day. Probably during his lunch break... He was kind and explained everything to us, even took the time to show me the abrasion in her eye. Big thanks to everyone at the office for easing my worries.

For a local small local business like this one it goes above aand beyond expectations, especially when competing with larger optical firms. In my opinion I would take going to distinctive Eyewear because it is calm, professional and makes you feel like part of a family which a larger firm could never do. Your just another number in a spread sheet of customers but here they know your name and care about you.

Have always had a great experience with Dr Balok and all of his staff. Would recommend Riverside Eye Center to anyone

The building is quite new and nice, however patient care is lacking from the Doctor and staff themselves.

They have been my dr. for 20 years. so caring and helpful.

I had the worst experience here when I got contacts. When I got glasses it was okay staff was nice but the older Dr when I got contacts was rude! I have never had glasses nor contacts in my life glasses I like contacts I can't even wear. I wasted over 100$ on them. Both exams he rushed me said look here and here ok your good I wasn't able to ask questions about anything made me feel really uncomfortable during the contact process. I went back the next day because they felt weird in my eyes I was told that was normal that i would get use to them and my vision seemed off the Dr said that's normals you just need to get use to them. I was adived to come back in a week for my check up to make sure they were good. I went about a week and a half later the Drs first words to me when I got in the room weren't you just here for this check up in a ride tone (my friend was in the chair right next to the door and heard it) I couldn't believe he said that I was embaressed I said no. As we go on with the check up he said everything looked good I advised I can feel then and the irritate my eyes he goes on to say contacts aren't for everyone . Then says I'll put a order in for two boxes. After my friend left I was amazed how that went I called and asked if I had to order my contacts through then I was told because I took the trial pair the day I came in for the exam that I had to order it through them. I was just amazed at this. I honestly will never go back and i have a couple friends whom have gone there and they didn't have a good experience and are not going back either. They care about making as much money they can off you then you and your concerns. I would give the Dr -10 rating.

Both my husband and I had lasik surgery in 2014 at Watertown Center for Sight and had amazing results! The staff were friendly and attentive through the whole process. It was a very quick and easy procedure for us both and we are very happy we decided to do it! Recently, I had a concern with my eye after a scratch and the staff were able to assist me as a walk-in and provide guidance within 40 minutes of arriving. I would highly recommend!
