Been seeing Paul. Denise and Doc for nearly 10 yrs... Love the communication, the atmosphere, selections and assistance! I have no intention of switching. I always recommend them.

This place is great with great people that works there believe me they care about you which is very hard to find today I just got two pairs of safety glasses in 6 weeks so I can't say enough good about this place if you need glasses I would tell you this is the place to go and you will be happy with everything

They were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Their eye glass selection was awesome.

My girlfriend has been going here since she was a kid. They just happen to take her insurance and her parents didn't realize how bad this place is. Here is a short list of unprofessional conduct: 1. No normal eye exam. He doesn't do a regular eye exam. He just uses the machine and calls it good. My girlfriend's Rx supposedly didn't change for years on end. (This is completely false) He never does any fine tuning on the RX, just writes it and then writes you off until the next time your insurance will pay. 2. They super pushy when it comes to sales. My girlfriend is incredibly frugal. She came out of this place with frames that weren't completely covered by her insurance because they mixed in a bunch of pay frames when she asked to be shown only the ones covered in full. They surprised her at the register and said they thought she meant any glasses that her insurance would cover, even partially. What an obvious lie. 3. The guy won't shut up about his money. This is especially unprofessional when you consider that he take Medicaid, aka insurance for the poor. He is literally bragging about his money to people who don't have enough to afford healthcare. What an ass. So, only come here if you feel like listening to some rich guy talking about his money while he gives you a poor Rx and sells you glasses that aren't covered by your insurance.

Dr. B is awesome and the staff is super nice and helpful

This is by far the best place I have ever been... the staff is awesome and Dr Lidkea (Bruce and Robert) make sure you feel appreciated and wanted! I have been to many optometrist all over Canada but now I have only one optometrist that I will go to no matter where I am!.. ty guys.. Ps I love my Maui Jim 😁

Great experience! The staff was really nice and easy to work with. Doctor Saurdiff was professional and very knowledgable. He answered all of my questions, took his time...didn't rush me out the door to get to the next person. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dave Knight and his wife are fantastic people.I recently had an experience that left me in a very difficult situation. Glasses had been brome as a result and because I drive a vehicle I needed help right away. I was sitting outside of his shop when he and Mrs. Knight came in to open the doors and with in a half hour he had managed to get another pair of frames and fixed my glasses so I could be on the road again. Thank you so much Dave I honestly dont know what I would have done without your help. You to are awesome.

Absolutely the most rude, and least helpful office around!! I would not go to see this eye doctor if your life depended on it. Terrible staff, terrible attitude!! stay away at ALL costs!!

Was helped by a gentleman, Josh I believe. He took the time to go through many frames with me until I was satisfied with a pair of sunglasses and regular glasses. He was also very honest with what suited me. Much appreciated as I don't always choose well for myself. Many family members have also gone here and love the service. I will definitely come back in the future.

I ordered a pair of glasses over the phone with pearl vision but had some trouble with my credit card. I ended up having to call them back at least three times in between calling my credit card to figure out why the transaction wasn’t going through. I could see how this would have been extremely annoying but Gayle the lady who was helping me was very polite understanding and professional. The many times we spoke today she had a great attitude every single time. It’s people like you that make your business great. I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I had too! Thanks again to gayle and Pearle Vision you will definitely have my business in the future!
