Optometrist

Very disappointed with the service. Went for an eye exam and also wanted contact lenses. They are pricey. Ended up paying 130$. I wasn t comfortable with the prescription and saw a bit blurry with one eye so i called to take another appointment to hopefully solve the issue but was told that i will have to pay another 40 $ for the appointment! Not to mention that when i went there to get my contact lenses samples i had to remind the guy that works there that he is suppose to verify the lenses once i put them on right there like they told me before. Professionalism? So i went to another clinic where it not only cost me 75 for another entire eye exam with contact lenses but i got a different prescription that feels accurate and comfortable.

I've been going there for years, great service, friendly staff

Very nice and clean store. Lots of products, well stocked, a lot of friendly & helpful employees and lots of services offered(photo center, gas station, auto center, pharmacy, optical department and the list goes on and on). A little tricky to get into from the highway but once your there it is worth the effort. Also can be busy on the weekends during the middle of the day, so be there early if you want a quick trip in and out.

Excellent service. Courtoisie, professionalisme; à recommander sans hésiter.

L'équipe des Binocles est super! Le service est personnalisé et le choix des montures est accessible et au goût du jour! Vive le boulevard Monk!!!

Comfortable store, good selection, great service with no pressure. Quick turnaround!

As most people said, worst customer service ever. Avoid if you see a old man wearing glasses, he does not want to serve his customer.

Amazing service lots of options to choose from very reasonable prices

My son's eye got scratched and well, I flew into a bit of a panic! I called them to see if they could check it out and make sure everything was okay. They took him right away and we're super nice and supportive! Great care!

Incredible service, great glasses choice, felt comfortable all through the process, keep it ip !

The team at this Lens Crafters have all been incredibly accommodating and helpful, even when they are very busy. Everyone there greeted us with a smile, and were very honest. I had even called back to ask a question, and they took their time to help me over the phone! I was so impressed with their entire team and how efficient they were, I had to leave positive feedback. Will definitely come back and recommend, thank you!!!

I am so happy with this place. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I got a special 2 for $299. for progresive. With tint on one and clip-on for other. It was under $500.. This is amazing.

Friendly, courteous, very professional. Recommend them to all who like both style and who are price conscience.
