I believe I was present in the clinic when "jordan bass" was visiting. In my opinion, the staff handled that situation and that completely inappropriate individual professionally and with more courtesy then he deserved. With that being said, the staff are just great and Dr. Ash is even better. What can I say? If you want a thorough, modern eye exam then this is the clinic to visit. Having a eye exam at Eye-deology Vision Care was a real eye opener for me - it underscored just how poor service is elsewhere. I will be a patient for life.

This place is a poorly ran business they over book and over charge. OK so after the timely response from this place I would like to change my rating to five stars as yes I did post this for someone else and they have asked me to change it as the DR. Is really good at what he does.😎 also they did fix my wife's glasses after they where Not proper for her. also the DR. is really good with Kids.

Dr. Susan Wong is very kind and professional doctor. Our family got prescribing sun grasses there. We got pretty nice frames in many different options with warm advise. They said that warranty is two years. So we recommend Optima Eye Wear, Airdrie, Alberta.

Mrs Pennifold “worked” with our son. Claimed he does not have dyslexia. Made a lot of money .... a year later, a professional that has proper training informed us VISION THERAPY is useless. And does not help dyslexia at all. Which our son does have. There is NO science with it. NO proof it helps. Only increases Mrs Pennifolds pocket book. It’s a snake oil sold to parents desperate to help their child. The so called vision therapists. Cannot even agree on the same treatment for a patients coming in..... our son is now a year later and could’ve been sooo much further into learning techniques to assist him...... please care enough about your child. To seek proper assessment and assistance for a child who is struggling. From an ophthalmologist. Ultimately a psychologist. Schools can at the beginning of the year fully fund psycho educational assessments which identify issues This is not acceptable. And very scary that someone can privately do this to a child and their family

Gladys Riczu is an amazing person! She has done nothing but help me & my son with everything eye care! She is so kind & understanding. As long as she is working there I will continue to recommend this eye clinic. I can’t say nothing bad about the workers & doctors here !!!

For a busy mom this was the fastest appointment ive ever had! Came in, didn't have to wait, my daughter got her pre testing done right away and was in to see Dr. Macleod directly after. Shes fast, knows what shes doing and is honest. Shes likeable and personable. Sometimes she seemed a little impatient when trying to solicit a response from my daughter doing her eye exam but I was also getting impatient lol. I would recommend Capital Vision Care for their convenience and customer service.
