Dr.Jaffray's professionalism/thorough eye exams gave my husband and I peace of mind knowing that she cared about her patients and their needs. I have been wearing gas perm contacts for sometime and required new ones. Mary C. (Optician) went above and beyond to obtain the contact specs needed to replace my old ones and never gave up. Mary succeeded and this helped Dr.Jaffray and myself saving a lot of chairtime and money. Lastly my husband being a first time eye glass wearer received the expertise of MichelleM (Optician) choosing the perfect frame and lenses very impressed. Dr Boucher has been my optometrist for more than five years, identified my cataracts, referred me for surgery and did post-op follow up He was excellent throughout, explained everything well. Highly recommended.

The representative lied to me when they told me my glasses would take 2 weeks. The actual lead time was 22 days. You should never do business with someone you cannot trust.

The staff was very helpful and patient with me. They answered all of my questions and helped me with my shock of needing glasses! Great team of people! I definitely recommend them if you need an eye exam.

I wish I could give zero stars to this business. I brought my 3 year old here to get his first pairs of glasses. After much deliberation, we settled on two separate frames for him. Not only did they order the wrong frames for him, they blamed me for the error and then tried to charge me more to correct their mistake. Do not use this location, they are unscrupulous and can't get your request filled accurately.

I did an exam in this terrible eye clinic and the results are totally wrong., So much wrong!! (East India girl) I don't remember her name.

Wow these guys are the real deal. Scratched one of my lense pretty bad in the morning and called a few places to get a quote. Every place I called said I had to replace both my lenses quoting me $200-$300 not to mentions having to wait weeks for them to come in. From the time I talked to Michael to the time I had my new lense, it was under 15 min flat. All for $64 with anti reflective and anti scratch. Thanks Michael!

I was a potential client for LensCrafters but they did not carry the product I needed to suit my needs. It was appalling to see the poor service from the management as soon as they found out my business would be taken elsewhere. I would not recommend this service to anyone. However I will say that the sales associates were clearly trying their best to help.

We have been going to This Location for over 8 years. The service from the Doctors and Staff as always been professional and friendly .They have always spent the time with us to get a great pair of glasses that fit and work correctly. Always a great experience.

Dr. Sal took the time to provide education and did a very efficient but thorough exam. Highly recommend!
