Dave Reichard, the owner, is amazing! Very hard worker, reliable and honest. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for professional painting, window washing and chandelier cleaning.

Attempted to work for this company. I was "suppossed" to be a foreman. Shortly after I had a severe medical problem. Had to leave to go hospital. Spent several days there. I was never paid for the hours I worked. In my opinion if you want to be pushed robrje hardest for low pay go there. If you take any pride in your work don't both. Hack job that has no clue on treating help or doing quality work. Typical how much money can you make me. I was even told by many of his crew that my door spraying made his look terrible. Another one of the Italians that all they see is money. High turn over rate. Always walking on eggshells. " Lets pick it up guys we gotta go faster" 3 entire units don't by 10 am.

Knowledgeable staff. And they knew their product very well! Pleasure doing business locally.

Beware of this company, They built my home three months ago and the home is falling apart! This company takes no pride im quality at all, when I walked into my home the first time is was a complete nighmare, walls looked like a one year old painted them, carpets recieced from the walls, drywall was cracking, water bubbles in the ceiling, cabinets were coming apart, windows uneven, all knobs were off water connections, light installs were missing, triming was falling off ,should I even go on. For my FIRST home they destroyed the dream of being a first time homeowner! When I spoke with this factory the excuse I had gotten was they hadn't built a home that size before and that they were overwhelmed with orders and short staffed! Great, Im going to be paying for a defective home because this company was overwhelmed, short staffed and could care less of quality so quantity won that battle. Speeding up the timeline..Everytime a service call is put in they have every excuse to NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKES, GET THIS THEY TOLD ME TO PAINT OVER MY CRACKING DRYWALL WITH A HIDE ALL PAINT....THE NERVE OF THIS COMPANY TO STILL BE IN BUSINESS WITH NO MORALS. IF YOUR LOOKING for quality in a homebuilder id suggest you stear clear of this company once your money is in their hands they could care less that your home falls apart the next day! Im so upset that this company cared more about how many customers they can get over on then to fix a mistake they know they made! The house isnt built right fix it or give me my money back. Now Ill be spending more money in court cost! Thanks Commadore for all you have yet to do and righting your WRONGS! PSA:Please learn from others mistakes when reading reviews on companies! I wish I had listened to my instincts when reviewing them and their BBB records but my home dealer convienced me they were not like that, now its a different story. Shame on me, but at the end of it all SHAME ON THEM AND THEIR STAFF.
