This shop has had our Service Vehicle for 4 weeks not and it has still not been completed. We had to call them to get an update on the vehicle otherwise we did not hear from them.

We have an older home which required a lot of exterior work. New shutters & a front entry deck were built, along with staining the existing wood trim & a backyard deck. In addition, a pole barn on the property needed repairs to the exterior & a complete re-staining along with repairs to the two oversize garage doors. The 'Chagrin Falls Painting' crews were prompt, polite, & conscientious workers. Daryl, our contact, was thorough in every respect & didn't hesitate to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. We worked on a time and materials basis, but the work kept expanding, as did the price. The workmanship was fair.
