We are so fortunate to have European Touch Painting complete our home painting project. Thomas delivered in the three categories that mattered most to us: Expertise, Skill and Results. His experience, knowledge and a long list of satisfied clients gave us confidence as he advised us on products and their application. He helped us narrow the wide range of color choices and he listened carefully and patiently as we asked questions. He made every effort to help us understand and advise us on things we otherwise wouldn't have thought of. Every conversation allowed us to visualize more clearly what our home would look like. His detailed cost estimate of what would be required to meet our needs was complete, professional and his final invoice was below his original bid. His work speaks for itself and our neighbors are VERY impressed.

Sprung a door at Sea Lion Caves. It took them under 5 minutes to fix it and get us back on the road. Very professional. Great people.

Good variety, fair prices and nice people.

Awsome people that do great work. I was happy with the result of my car after stressful few weeks. Thank you Maaco and Jacob Todd for all your help!

Great service.

Florence is a town of about 8,000 people, so it can't support the big box stores whose prices are cheaper on some things. This store fills a huge gap for hardware items and has much in the way of nuts, bolts that cost the same or less than in Eugene. Fred Meyer and Bi-mart offer household items such as fans, heaters and lumber items are available at two lumber yards in town and those items are generally less there. With the internet available to check pricing, check them all out and see who has the best value in the time frame you have. You will not have to wait 10 minutes in line like you will in Eugene to get served. They also recycle fluorescent lamps here by the way. Additional--I went there this morning looking for a propane torch, even though only a small selection was listed on the web site. I found the same one that was listed on Home Depot for about the same price. The True Value mail ad, however, had a 40% of coupon on a single item turning a $16 item into a $10 one, an offer not available at Home Depot.

Great place to do business. Very polite, friendly, on time and great work!
