Beautiful gallery with local art!

Excellent service

At first I heard good things about this shop, so when I was in an accident I had it sent here to be fixed. My car has been at this shop for over 2 months now, I've been told on 3 different occasions that they had to order "more parts" when I was initially told they had received them all. My rental date came to an end and I have no been fired from my job as I have no means of transportation. VIELS has refused to help in any sort of way with possibly covering the deductible, giving me a car to use, ANYTHING! They take absolutely no responsibility in this matter and give me excuses such as "we are busy" or "we need more parts"... absolutely horrific customer service to say the least and I will never again bring my business to them. And yes, I'm still fired and my car is still sitting in their shop. They even called me to ask ME if I could bring THEM gas in a Jerry can to get my vehicle to another shop for an alignment.... I live an hour away... They have now advised me they will just add it to my deductible... what an absolute joke!

Worst paint shop in town! I went there once and I am NEVER shopping there ever again! The service sucks...one employe tells you one thing than another one tells you something different! Not to mention they screwed up my paint, I bought three cans of paint two being paint and one being primer but its all the SAME exact Colour!!!!! So that was a waste of money....I bought 2 fresh lime 1 yellow 2 silver quill 1 primer The primer and the silver quilt paint was the exact same colour so i should of just bought the silver quill instead of wasting money on the primer 😡 not to mention when I first got a quote the first employee told me it would be no more than 130.00$ for everything and the other employee gave me a different price when i went to get the paint...and then they screwed up while making the paint oh and lets not forget when i was talking to the first employee I told him I wanted all the paint in the Ultra brand but they gave me two cans in Dulux Xpert ..and CHARGED us for it even though we DID NOT want it !!!! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I Am Absolutely Not Impressed With This Place!!!

I had the pleasure of dropping into the store yesterday and met Gary. When you become so accustomed to how impersonal the retail experience has become, walking into Reingwirtz yesterday was such a pleasant and authentic experience. Gary actually greeted me, introduced himself and filled me in on just how long they have been in business. Talk about pride of ownership. He knows his stuff and runs the kind of local business that you want to support!!

Great experience overall. I was looking for a specific paint for my outdoor deck tiles and the gentleman was determined in finding the best solution. He sanded a sample tile and tested 2-3 paints.

Knowledgeable, friendly and fast staff, plus a clean store.

My daughters and I stopped by this place once and we had a great time! So much so that I made an account just to review this place. The employees were very nice and we were assisted by the most wonderful and helpful young lady! I cannot remember her name, I think it was something like Katie, Kelly or Kathy - She was extremely helpful and kind with us, even though our work wasn't the greatest (Haha!) Recommend going on a Friday night! Ask for the lady who has K for a first name!

Exceedingly professional group of painters. High quality. Very careful. Sends same group of painters back for future jobs, so you know the painters and they know the house.

The quality of the work was not as expected for the price. They did not complete the work within the expected time frame nor discuss issues until brought to them.

Martin was a very attentive Project Manager. The guys on the job did a beautiful job painting my entire house. They even helped me reach small corners on a wall I was painting myself that I could not reach! I felt that for the job to include paint, hole fixes, etc. was priced fair. I would use these painters for another job and highly recommend.
