Horrible Customer Service!!! If you need help painting a room, look elsewhere. This store will attempt to oversell you paint. Then they'll inconveniently tell you after you've made a purchase that all of their products are non-returnable. They won't even try to give you store credit or let you exchange the paint for something else. The manager at this location is quite rude and will not help you in any way. Avoid this paint store at all cost!!!

Great for beginners and up artists. A lot of fun. Great atmosphere. Everything is supplied and if you can follow directions you will successfully paint what you are supposed to. There are assistants that come around and help if you need them. You can bring food, drinks and alcohol to consume while you paint. Aprons are provided. Great for parties & date night. If you create an account on line you can earn reward points toward discounted or free classes. Keep an eye out for "buy one get one" classes, but make sure you sign up quickly our you may not get a space.

Dec 27,2017 while visiting my son. for the holiday's, he took me to Pinot's Palette in Chicago. Initially, I was a bit anxious, about painting. The owner(Tony) immediately welcomed us with pleasant warm enthusiasm. My son and I felt relaxed, Today was very Therapeutic, for the mind, body and soul. Before, the end of the session we arranged to return the next afternoon. We met Tony's wife and a second instructor( she was AWESOME)!! I'm thrilled about attending the Pinot's Pallet located in San Antonio, Texas on January 6,2018 with my husband,my brother, and sister-in-law. If I could afford to attend the sessions, I would attend weekly. I wholeheartedly recommend, anyone and everyone attend at least once... YOU WILL THROUGHLY ENJOY THIS FABULOUS ACTIVITY. My son and I had a FABULOUS time, side by side engrossed ina very PLEASANT

At the last minute, my husband and I decided we wanted to paint nearly half our new house plus the kitchen cabinets prior to moving in the next week. Paper Moon easily accommodated our short timeline and did a fantastic job. Their painters are professional, courteous, and best of all they do amazing work! I will hire them for any future painting needs and will recommend them to my friends.
