Scheduled an estimation two weeks in advance. I called them when the estimator was 30 minutes late to their appointment and was told that the estimator "doesn't like doing estimations on Saturday" and that if I was in Weber County or Las Vegas I should go with the Painter Bros, but I would "have better luck going with one a competitor." They were extremely unprofessional.

I would never use this company. Go with CertaPro. This is a typical contractor that will give you the run around. Came up on a Monday to give me an estimate and said he'd have it done the next day. Was Friday by the time he got a number to me with no description. I knew after Wednesday I wasn't going to use them but made him give me the estimate anyway. I asked for a detailed description and no response. His price was higher than others an told me it was months out. I was advised by others later that not to use them because they will cancel on you later if a bigger job comes to them while your waiting.
