My mom reached out to this company and received a quote. She was told the schedule was currently full and to call back to schedule the job in 2 to 3 weeks. She called back several times and left multiple messages and did not even get the courtesy of a return phone call. If they did not want to do the work all they had to do was say so, but not responding to a nearly 70 year old woman is just plain rude. Clearly they are doing so well that they don't need any new customers.

Earth, Glaze & Fire has always been my favorite place to go and relax after a day at work and school. The people are extremely friendly and knowledgable about their craft. I would never hesitate to recommend Earth, Glaze & Fire to my friends and family.

Joe’s attention to detail & customer service was exceptional! We couldn’t be happier, thank you for going above & beyond!

This is a wonderful local paint shop with very helpful and kind workers. I've been purchasing from them for over 12 years with all excellent experiences. The owner Jim is a very kind and helpful person!

Fantastic job! We refinished our whole entire house wood flooring and installed new wood steps. We are so happy with the results!
