Target Painting painted the exterior of our willow glen- San Jose one-story home. We had four painters bid for the project and Target Painting gave us the second lowest estimate and they were considerable lower that the highest bid. We selected them over the low bidder because of the professional response they gave us; they listed exactly what they would do for the amount quoted. The painters arrived when they said they would and finished on schedule( three days included painting the walls, trim, gutters, main entry doors, one deck and wrought iron railing). The painters worked really hard and they did and excellent job. We would( and do) recommend Target Painting.

I've known Tam for a number of years. I have used his company for multiple painting projects throughout the years without ever any problems. Months back we had a small repair that he was contracted to complete. In order to make sure he was paid in a timely manner I had our accounting dept send a check for this work in advance to my office. Our company mistakenly sent the check directly to Tam. Tam cashed the check but never completed the work. He eventually stated that he had personal problems, couldn't do the work and would refund the amount previously paid. Almost 6-months later and multiple follow ups he still has not refunded this payment. Bottom line is that if you can't trust someone to do what they promised then you should not use them. I would avoid Tam and his company. Just can't be trusted.

Advanced Painting Systems painted our house in 2017 and did a fantastic job. The tall house required extra work, scaffolding, and a lot of ladders. Gary and crew pressure-washed the house, sanded off some old paint, caulked, primed, and painted, all within two weeks. They left our front steps and driveway clear each evening. Gary is a joy to work with. He kept us updated with progress, what's going on when, and what folks are doing. The house looks great; it's the talk of the neighborhood.

got a bid from them for painting...and their bid was 5 times more expensive than all of the other painters.
