Painters

Friendly and knowledgeble service

Ira and team did a fantastic job. Thank you.

I generally do all my own painting, but this was to do the boxes of my existing cabinets and all new doors and drawer fronts, and I knew I wouldn't be pleased with just a good job. Since I would be seeing these up close in daylight I knew the job had to be excellent, otherwise I wouldn't be satisfied. The quality of painting by In & Out was top notch and I am very pleased; there is no way I could do as good a job. The job wasn't cheap, to be sure, but I think the quality is worth their charge. What brings their review down from 5 stars is less-than-stellar communication--After waiting for weeks I suddenly had less than a day to get everything ready, tho' the office assistant was excellent she couldn't answer a lot of my questions and it took a while for the return calls & answers to come, it was difficult to find out when the doors & fronts would be painted in their shop, etc. I would use them again, certainly, but next time would stress I'd need timely updates.

Very helpful

Tyler's phone manners were polite and to the point. Lining up an appointment for a quote wasn't difficult, and he was accommodating. Upon arrival Tyler seemed completely annoyed and uninterested in quoting for the job. I gave a good overview on the phone as to what the job was for, he just seemed immediately put off by it being a home renovation. I had already received a few quotes, and in fact, the company who quoted me directly before Tyler complemented the prep work that was already done. Tyler had nothing good to say, wasn't willing to instruct how he would like the area prepped, insulted the work which was already completed, huffed a whole lot, and then clearly just wanted to leave. If you don't want to do a mudding and taping job prepped by a home owner, you should say just that on the phone.

A company that will exceed you expectations
