Ken is fantastic! He's done a number of handyman projects in my condo, and most recently stripped and painted a bedroom. He is extremely meticulous and thorough and the work turned out beautifully. I left a few items in the room which he carefully boxed up, labeled and stored in a safe place. He cleaned throughout the project and came in right on budget. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him enthusiastically. A hard worker and a great guy.

Igor came to provide an affordable estimate and as scheduled his people showed up on time and completed the job on time and exceeded our expectations. I definitely have recommended his work and services.

We just had our house painted by College Works and are extremely happy with the outcome. It looks great. Quinn was wonderful. He addressed all our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend College works.

Response: Correct this happened in 2014 but you still have not cleaned up your act so an update was required. You were not professional, didn't take my complaint seriously and told me to take you to court if I wanted the job done right back in 2014. Leesha you screwed me and did GAS about me once you got my money and I'll never let anyone forget it. Update: Just reading the other glowing 5 star reviews and they look really suspicious to me. People don't really use resume language when leaving a positive review. Also, fire that guy who keeps leaving coffee stains in all the reviews. All the good reviews everywhere and initial meeting with Leeash was perfect, I didn’t think I could go wrong but I was wrong. The painting was extremely substandard. I am not a painter but could have done a better job myself. Not a whole lot better but better. There were lots of minor deficiencies in every room that should have never existed with a DIY painter let along an experienced painter. One employee did come back and tried to give me a bunch of BS to get out of doing anything but fixed what I point out. Just too bad the paint drips right beside the ones I pointed out were not addressed as well. Yes, it was that kind of deficiency clean-up. Minor wall repairs and crack fill was atrocious and very poorly performed and one spot was not even properly sanded before being painted over. Just lots of blemishes in the paint, cutting is darker then the paint rolling and there is even one spot where I can see the old color because it wasn't properly rolled with enough paint. Customer service was atrocious. I am sure the company response will tell otherwise so email me and I can send you all the pics. I won’t be re-painting for a year or so after being soaked so feel free to email me to arrange a visit and see for yourself.

We have hired Tom and his crew for painting the outside and inside of our office building and our homes. He has done dozens of jobs for us and each one was done perfectly. He has the highest quality work I have ever experienced from a painter and always gets the job done on time. He can make the oldest walls look brand new and makes sure that any cracks or depressions in the walls are filled in so they are completely smooth. He gives great advice in terms of the type of paint to use for different situations and can even assist with color choice.
