Paving Contractors

I met the owner of Aspen Construction over 3 years ago when I asked for a quote on paving the parking area in front of our 1st cabin on Lake Drive in Lake Arrowhead. Stacey Pattison, the owner, was very professional and gave us a good quote. We had the job done a few weeks later and it was done very nicely and professionally - and 3 years later it still looks great! We really liked the way Aspen Construction laid the asphalt for our first cabin, so when we went to get a quote to do our other cabin on Cottage Grove in Lake Arrowhead, I called Stacey again. We again were very pleased with the job - from meeting with Stacey, to grading the parking area and to laying the asphalt. We highly recommend Aspen Construction to anyone we meet. Not a trustworthy person! Pays $12 an hour for hard work, puts down his employees saying they’re slow and stupid.. gives little work and doesn’t give full hours.. Not a professional job.. Don’t give this guy business!! He needs to humble himself.

Lumber yard

Called up to arrange service and lady gave me a bunch of hassle for not knowing my plot number, then for asking the price and then telling me I had to get a check in hand before they would start, none of which I asked about...I had just politely asked about getting the service set up. Was so turned off by her bad attitude I decided to arrange with a completely different service. One of the weirdest interactions I've ever had when I'm offering money to someone and for some reason they do everything they can to turn you away.
