Paving Contractors

This company worked across the street, and my car miraculously showed up with a dent, covered in asphalt, in my hood when I came out of my house 1 hour after they departed.(not on my bumper where a regular car or truck would have hit it.) After they left without leaving a note. I tracked them down and all the supervisor, Franco, asked was if anyone witnessed it (this is after he laughed looking at the damage.) Even the guy at Balboa Body shop who inspected it commented on all the asphalt on it... When I called Rick, the Controller at American Ashpalt South, all he had to say was that I had no case against them. Would you want to hire someone who has ethics so low they would do something like this?

We returned our signed bid and a check to Cascade Paving in late July. They cashed our check on August 11th and as of today (Sept 9th) we still can't get them to return our phone calls. They have not scheduled our job and each time I speak with the receptionist I have to explain our situation to her all over again as if it is the first time I called. Each time they take down my phone number and tell me they will pass the message along to the "concrete guy" and he will call me back. At this point I just want my money back, I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Nice meeting you---they happened to be encamped outside of the nail salon I patronize. Wow lots of heavy machinery and dust around salon on East facing window making for an interesting brown filter. Thanks for the photo opportunity, interaction and the many ongoing improvements in the city of Brea. Thanks Mr. Guzman for keeping people working, improving and seeing opportunity (in all things). Asphalt Walks on my street has lots of little areas reflecting the sky after a rain, and imagine it's on "need repaving" list---as the city does not miss a thing. Pretty place for photography and affluent living.

Terrible paving job.... sloppy, poured finish coat over loose gravel....open sores everywhere. AMS basically didn't care....Go take a look for yourself before you consider hiring them..... parking lot at: 5283 E. Beverly Bl., Los Angeles, 91754

Drives recklessly. Doing 20+ miles an hour over the speed limit while towing a trailer.
