Glenn resurfaced a 600 foot court in 2014 for us and a 1/2 mile road in September 2015 for us. He delivered more than promised on both jobs and on the 2015 job he charged us $1700 less than the bid. Why? He said that the job had used $1700 less in materials than expected. How often does that happen?
Our board will definitely be asking Black Gold for bids on future road projects and we would definitely recommend Glenn to anyone who asks.
