This company gets many local contracts but the "business processes" seem to change with the wind for contractors. Contractors complete work as required and wait for several months to get paid. On top of that, the requirements for contractors change even after the work has been completed. The contracts process and consistency seems to be seriously lacking. The family owned aspect seems admirable and they have been in business for a long time but maybe it is time for a small business contractor to offer some honest feedback about their business processes. How is it legitimate for them to ask for documents months after a contract has been completed and services have been rendered as required without payment.

the framing, rebar and the concrete stamping was good..the coloring of the concrete which was supposed to be mixed in with the cement before pouring did not happen, instead he tried to stain the dried concrete which failed miserably, not even the color i chose. now my concrete looks like blush make up was put on. there are cracks on my wall from their hammering on the patio. i agree with the guy below me all he cares about is his check and don't really care if you're happy with his work and does not have the slightest clue how to correct his mistakes..now i have to correct his failed color staining of my concrete and the cracks of my stucco wall on a brand new house he messed up..
