Apparently if you live in Saginaw, you can get service. I live 20 minutes away and I called every two weeks to ask for an update. I was always told it will be 2 weeks. I was then told that they would be at my house the next day (8 weeks after the estimate was made). The next day I got a call that said the first job of the day took longer than expected and they would call me in a couple of days. I called again 2 weeks later, I was a bit hot. I asked Wendy why she had lied to me. She stated she never lied. I told her that she did, every time she told me it was going to be two weeks and when she said she would call me back in a couple days. She denied saying that, despite the fact I had her on voicemail. She then yelled at me that I could cancel the job or wait another two weeks or when they got back to my area. "It's a small job and you are too far away". She then cancelled the job and hung up on me.

I'd like to say that this company did such a great job at OCC. But, there are a few drag marks from the cold paver screed. Therefore the shovel man on the paving crew must be lazy of the foreman is blind. Maybe both

Vinton does excellent work! I am very happy with the new driveway his team installed. In my opinion he overbooks himself and you MUST keep in touch with him to get scheduled. Remember that you are hiring a contractor so you have some responsibility in getting the job completed. I would hire him again.

This company does not take responsibility for its workmanship, does not honour its work, and does not communicate with clients who have issues with their work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Urban Paving Inc. repaved my asphalt driveway in October, 2015. I followed all instructions for care of the driveway, following the paving process, waiting for almost 2 weeks before parking on the driveway. In April, 2016 (6 months later), the asphalt showed signs of dents and deterioration. I made attempts to contact Urban Paving from August through October, and received no reply. Urban Paving finally replied near the end of October, accusing me of lying, of parking on the driveway too soon after paving - and refusing to repave the driveway. In that they did not take responsibility for fixing their poor workmanship, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The company did not reply to the Better Business Bureau's request for information. To my knowledge, Urban Paving is no longer accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
