I want everyone and anyone who may be tempted to use D and J services to beware. They took advantage of a little old Japanese woman by having a verbal contract of having her driveway sealed for $460 which in itself is highway robbery. When they finished, Mr. D. Cooper said she owed $1260. When she refused to pay this amount, they said she had to pay $650 which she did reluctantly. D and J paving should be ashamed of themselves. I am totally disgusted by this blatant act of extortion.
