Debris fell from one of their three trucks that was in a convoy of theirs in front of me. It smashed my windshield and they send a stock email saying they are not responsible when it clearly was. Terrible customer service.

I used GTA Ashpalt Sealing to seal my driveway 4 years ago and it still looks like new. I am a realtor and I have also GTA Asphalt Sealing to seal the driveways on several properties and my clients are always very impressed with the quality of their work because they can make a worn-looking driveway look like new to give their home great curb appeal. Thanks for always doing such a great job for my clients and for myself.

Noticed some problems with our asphalt driveway several months after installation. Contract called for warranty period of 12 months. When I contacted Frank owner of Turcon, he refused to fix or even examine the problem. He took the position that the warranty had expired because the warranty started when contract was signed and not when work was actually completed (the work did not take place until 6 weeks after contract signed). His last email to me read in part "Take me to court. I'm confident that bill your referring to will be my court fees you're paying for. Do not contact me anymore on this matter."

Don't bother with them. My in laws just wanted a quote and he was so rude he almost brought my mother in law to tears.

We had a driveway done about 13 years ago in Guelph. It was excellent. Our second driveway, not so much nor was the owner very helpful when we called him Our second driveway for some reason popped a hole. Later we could see tire marks in the driveway ( even after leaving the cars off it for over a week as advised) The driveway is always sandy despite being hosed off ( too much sand in the mix) and is in different colours of dark and light. We called the owner in July, mentioned our concerns, he was a bit salty but he said he'd come out to check it. He didn't We called again in October, We mentioned the issues again and he told us we were too picky. He told us we were trouble makers and we put the hole in the driveway ourselves. Additionally he told us if he had to repair it, we would be charged. When I asked him why would I put a hole in my own driveway, he told me he knows all the dirty tricks people play. I will not recommend him again
