I had a nightmarish experience ! Constant griping and unprofessional treatment. During excavation , gas line was broken . I had no hot water for 8 - 10 hours. The employees and owner were overly demonstrative to the level that was unacceptable to me and my wife. Tree roots were left at roadside and i was told that it would be a favor for them to remove them. They are still at the side of road. I have never been treated so unprofessionally nor ever had to hear whining about his costs from any other company I've dealt with. Unreturned messages and constant asking if i had money after giving $2300.00 deposit and work completion being held up in an extortion manner. Still undone and going with another company to finish. Totally unprofessional and upsetting experience. Better Business Bureau getting letter.

Called to get a quote on sealcoating my driveway little did I know he was going to to seal not only my driveway but my house, sidewalk, grass and my dog. Sealer was everywhere.

Great plant! My company uses ERM for all of our NYSDOT Asphalt mixes when we are in the Elmira Area. The QC guy is super great and does all he can to get you what you need on every project.

Initially my drive finish looked great, then two days after it was complete I had two 4 x 8 puddles of water following a rain storm. I contacted him as his selling line is "we wont stop till your satisfied". So he did come back out b ecause the puddles were only a few years away from being pot holes. His fix was to scrap two trenches in my brand new drive way to make the water run. It told him this was still unacceptable as I just paid for a new drive way that now looks terrible because they scrapped two trenches in it and it still has puddles granted smaller but non the less still puddles. He then was very unprofessional yelling at me and threatening me in ear shot of my small children and wife. This continued for 15 minutes as I tried to calm him down and explain I just want a quality product for what I paid for. He finished off with basically screw you sue me then. Do not use him very unprofessional and you won't be happy Less

I've had a few different company's this year plow my driveway over the winter and was never completely satisfied with thier service. I stumbled upon MRH one day while headed into town and asked if they could plow my sisters drive that day. After seeing the excellent job they did for my sister I ended up calling them back again that night to come plow my driveway and they did a very exceptional job, went above and beyond my expectations by far.. They did an excellent job, they were very friendly and professional, they showed up very quickly, and charged me a very reasonable price. I will be using them every time now that I need my drive plowed and would highly recommend them to anyone that is needing thier drive plowed and needing it done very quickly
