This company is doing work on Middlebury in Kent. They have a guy working for them that I think hates his job. I understand that waving a flag all day stinks, but every time I go past this guy he yells something and has personally called me stupid. I posted a photo of him, maybe he should think of a career change.

I would avoid their services entirely. I've been trying to contact these folks for over a month. I've left multiple voicemails as well as messages through Facebook. They read the message but never respond. If they can't give a simple call back to answer some questions then I surely wouldn't count on you to perform any work for myself or place of business.

Lost a beautiful 35' blue spruce in a recent March wind storm. Cut the branches and had them by the curb the following week. The Rochester DPW crew did a fabulous job removing them and cleaning up the debris. A couple weeks later I had the tree stump, cut into more then two dozen 12-14 inch sections and weighing 15 to 30 pounds each, at the curb. The next day they were gone. Hard work in the rain. Fabulous service. Thank you
