My fiance had called and spoke to Judy (I believe was her name). We are doing our own home project for a concrete slab and needed 1 yard of gravel. We called for a price and Judy immediately sounded annoyed when we couldn't answer what we were hauling it away with. We are in the begining stages of our project and were just inquiring prices. She repeated the same question a few times while he struggled to reply senceing her annoyance until she explained that they sell it by the ton. He tried asking another question but decided to end the conversation as he felt belittled. Unfortunate to have a bad experience through a simple phone conversation. We will pay the extra dollar and go to Beaver Bark where the sales associate offered different delivery options without us even asking.

They removed our concrete driveway and sidewalk, replacing it with patterned brick. Looks good. Not cheap, but competitive and good craftsmanship. Only downside is their project coordinator: a nice person, but she doesn't let you know if there are delays or issues. She waits till things are screwed up, and then tries to find excuses when YOU call. I'd use them again IF I was assured that she would actually track the crews when they're supposed to be working on my project. And let me know about a problem before it becomes obvious to me.

Bunch of clown's. Terrible work . If you want to have another company come out and do over what you just paid Sucks A lot to do then make sure you call Sucksazz alot first. Waste of money and workers alway's had liquor on there breath. They sit there and stare at any woman walking by and even make cat call's. Real proffesional. I can tell this company cares about repeat business. I even called to talk to the owner. I got a guy named Bob who said he was the owner. He acted like he had no idea no about the work his company does. I asked him about certain types etc and the answer's were comical. Seems like he should be flipping burgers. This is the truth I wish it wasn't as I want to see Vegas businesses do well. Maybe hire some people that know about customer service and how to succeed.
