Down visiting from Minnesota and my wife booked an appointment to have her eyelashes done. Neli called the day of the appointment and said she was stuck in traffic and would be late getting to Marco Island. My wife said okay and went to the location on Marco but Neli never showed. She got hold of her and she apologized and said I can meet you the next day at 8:30 a.m. in Marco. She never showed on day 2 as well and would not answer her phone or respond to text messages. I would say beware of booking an appt with Neli as she is not reliable at all. Had to go find another salon that did a wonderful job for me.

Had a facial and a massage and both were wonderful!! Everybody there is super nice and no pressure to buy product or sign up for monthly membership!! Highly recommend :)

I booked an appointment with Tara after having a (previous cosmetic artist do a real botched job....almost everything don't came off-brows, upper and lower eye lids.) Tara did them again for me and I absolutely loved them. I also, didn't feel any pain like the first lady did. 100 % trust her to do anything else I want to have done. Well it took a lot of time and patience on the part of my friend and neighbor Diann but she finally convinced me to get my eye brows done. She raved about Melanie and her skills and I have to admit she was 1000% correct. Not only is Melanie a sweet patient person but she has amazing skills. My eyebrows are done so well and look like real hair, amazing. I have received more compliments on my eyes since Melanie worked her magic. If you're thinking of getting eye ink ,lip ink,or anything else done on your face please see Melanie first. She's a true artist!!! 😊
