From my first call to TG to the treatment it has been a 5* experience. Warm and helpful reception team, vedy knowledgeable and quick to answer any queries. For my brow treatment Hema was wonderful. Dunja has done permanent make up for eyeliner on upper and lower lids, and my lips. Each time I was thrilled with the result. After 44 years of meticulous and time consuming eyebrow penciling in (every flipping morning, 365 days of the year) I decided enough was enough. Fed up with looking awful in the morning and not being able to face my partner or friends without the eyebrow artwork and not wishing to go snorkeling or swimming on holiday as they would ‘come off’ I decided to see what options there were out there. The word ‘microblading’ was new to me and a worry - it’s basically a tattoo isn’t it, what if it goes wrong, looks false, too dark, terrible shape….? I persevered and spent many an evening googling and reading reviews good and bad. And then I found El. Still concerned about what I was doing (what’s the problem with penciling your eyebrows in every day…) I decided to book a consultation with El first. I needn’t have bothered – as I sat in reception waiting to meet El, her last client came out of the consultation room and sat next to me. WOW! The young lady’s eyebrows looked fantastic, you wouldn’t know they were micro-bladed, they looked so natural. I immediately said to El, “what a waste of time boking a ‘chat’ with you, just book me in asap”! The procedure took place a few weeks later. I can’t deny I was still a tad apprehensive but I shouldn’t have been. El has such a calm disposition and clearly know what’s she is doing. We spent some time getting the shape right and choosing the right colour for my complexion and hair. The micro-blading didn’t actually take too long but what was really surprising was that it didn’t hurt. It just felt like my skin was being lightly scratched. At one point I thought I might nod off with the soothing music in the background. I was delighted once she had finished and took myself back home. Over the next few weeks I took great care – very obedient to the instructions by El which are basically leave them alone and don’t touch until flaked. I didn’t have any swelling or redness or even itchiness when they began to flake. I have just had my touchup (a few months on now from the first session) and am going through the DON’T TOUCH stage. In summary – I haven’t looked back, my eyebrows look fantastic, so real. I have been on holiday and swam in the sea and snorkeled with lots of people and knew that I wouldn’t look odd when I came back out of the water. I can get up in the morning and have breakfast with my partner, friends and family without dashing to the bathroom first (to draw the blasted eyebrows on). Only my other half and a close girlfriend knew what I was having done and absolutely no friends, works colleagues or family have noticed! El is a great ‘artist’ and a perfectionist. I would have no hesitation in recommending her. I can quite honestly say it if a huge relief and, whilst not trying to be over dramatic, life changing!

As a male suffering from Alopecia, I had some reservations about having eyebrow treatment, having bad experiences in the past. Going to Karen Betts was the best decision I made. From the very first telephone conversation, through to completion of treatment, the customer service has been excellent. Having Karen performing my treatment herself, was a huge plus, an extremely skilled technician, who can perfectly match eyebrow colour to individual skin tone, making the eyebrow look very realistic. Could not be happier with the outcome, highly recommended to anyone seeking this treatment.

After reading great reviews about Marta's expertise in microblading eyebrows, I felt confident to trust her doing mine. Marta was wonderful from start to finish and she really took her time to make me feel comfortable and checked I was happy with the shape before going ahead with the process. Marta is a true professional and an artist in her work. I am so delighted with the result. I have just had the touch up session which is required to produce a long lasting result and I can honestly say she had done a wonderful, beautiful job.
