I love my permanent makeup!!!! Ashley was the most educated, experienced and kind technician. She didn't rush any part of my treatment- I loved that we got to really discuss the look I wanted. During treatment, Ashley was very sensitive to my needs and kept me distracted by telling me funny stories. As somebody who gets tattoos and is somewhat accustomed to the pain level (this is definitely different in many ways but the process is comparable), I did not request any numbing further than topical. She was super aware of my comfort and worked in an efficient fashion. The office is very very clean and comfortable- they even gave me a blankie! I would definitely go back to Ashley for a treatment again.

Following a disabling stage accident that left me with head, neck & back injuries, it's painful for me to even lift my arms to put on makeup. Through Occupational Therapy, I re-learned how to do many things in a new, and less painful, way...except my makeup. Getting permanent makeup has rid me of one more painful task from my life, and I couldn't be happier. Nikki Leitao is one of the most patient and professional makeup artists I've ever met. She listened quietly to all my thoughts and fears about my "new look," and added her inspiration and expertise as well. The end result is a natural looking, but prettier... ME. I started working with Anna Ishutina with Tian Permanent Makeup a little over a year ago. I found her because my eyebrows needed correcting - color and to be generally fixed after a microblading that didn’t go well. I’ve been working with her ever since, adding my lips as well. Anna is very knowledgeable, professional and a true artist with shape and color.
