Way too painful. I was not numbed enough. Have not been able to finish. I feel I should at least receive . 50% refund. Asked but was ignored

I have gone to Deena's Tropical Waves for several years. As a smart business owner she always strives to better herself by attending classes and getting certifications to update her skills. She is always enjoyable to go to, but very professional, and I always feel like she is focused on me. The most recent thing I had done was upper and lower eyeliner applied. Teresa is the best at massage! Her technique and touch is amazing. You'll never go to another massage therapist after going to her! I had been wanting to have my eyebrows microbladed for a couple years and did plenty of research but was unable to find the right fit for me while I was living in the Bay Area. When Christy started doing brows I was overly excited because she's definitely the person I trust. She's the biggest sweetheart ever and possesses the talent I was searching for all this time. Shortly after i moved back to the Sacramento area, I started my brow journey with her in March and could not be any happier!!!! I get compliments on my microbladed brows all the time and people are shocked when I share that they are microbladed because "they look so good!" The color and shape we decided on are exactly what I wanted and the healing process was super smooth. Christy is great at talking you through the process and making sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Transgender friendly, especially for Sexual Reassignment Surgery. Cost less than a previous Electrologist I had been to, and offered a different method oh hair removal. While one method uses heat and must be gone over in waves, this one slowly converts the salt water in your follicle to sodium hydroxide, permanently killing the hair. I experienced much less pain and discomfort, and I must say this was a god-send for me.
