I was injured in a bicycle accident following a collision with a vehicle. After failing to reach a settlement on my own with ICBC, I began to seek out legal help. After talking to several firms by phone, it did not look promising until I got in touch with Pettit and Company. I was invited to visit their office and present to them, records from the scene of the accident. After reviewing the details, Tim assured me that I had good grounds to pursue a better settlement. He and his team crafted a well written proposal which effectively placed the totality of fault on the vehicle’s driver. After further negotiations, a new settlement followed - one which was more proportional to the facts. I will certainly keep Tim and his team in mind, should I ever require their assistance again.

Paul miller is a very unprofessional and uncompassionate lawyer same with Anthony Simpson. Clearly money is their motto and they don't respect or care about their clients. You won't get any sympathy or empathy here at Simpson Thomas and associates. Better stick to another law firm even if they charge more don't go to this joke of an establishment. Never recieved an apology except threats.That receptionist needs to be fired if she knew how to deal with the public and had good communication skills this all could have been avoided. Too bad I have to write an ugly review for you guys.

Very bad experience to say the least. His site states info pertaining to PTSD in car accidents, but I don't believe he has any experience whatsoever with this medical label. He over-charges for divorces too. He's an expert in knowing exactly how the court system doesn't work for victims. I tried talking to him after my divorce, and this lawyer wouldn't give me the time of day. Once he took me for 10's of thousands, he just slammed the door. I personally believe that he set me up in the courts to make maximum profits for himself. TV documentary coming up on my story and the abuse of the system.
