We had an infestation of roaches, we tried everything we could but nothing worked well enough. We were told about 'Nice Pest Control' by a couple of family friends. Nice Pest control gave us a great and reasonable price, they arrived at the time we agreed on. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and also their service was brilliant. With just one visit the roaches were eliminated, we even received a follow up call. I would highly recommend their services

Had some bee issues and Randy showed up after 2 other places waisted my time. Came the Friday, explained in detail what the problem was and what can be done. ICE Pest Control was great in all regards. They were professional, customer-oriented and, most important, effective. Most people hire pest control services after they have a problem in their homes. ICE can certainly help with that, but I used their services in a proactive way. We were noticing a lot of mice, rat and raccoon activity in our immediate neighbourhood, so we wanted to lower the chances of those critters getting into our house and causing damage. ICE is one of the only companies that offers home pest-proofing services. They come in and assess where pests can get in and then remediate the problem quickly and cost-effectively (especially when compared to the $ it costs to repair damage from an infestation). Our neighbours have all had issues, but nothing has gotten into our home, thanks to ICE. I have no reservations in recommending their services.

For several weeks we heard scratching noises above our bedroom and assumed that there may be mice. Paul from Nimby came out to take a look and immediately ascertained that the problem was not mice but in fact squirrels. They had chewed through the corner of our roof and were making a nest in our attic. Paul installed a one-way door that allows the squirrels to get out but they could not re-enter. He even came back a week later to re-inspect. The cost was reasonable considering he had to climb to the second story. Squirrels are gone and done humanely which is a bonus!
