A new business with a fresh approach. When it comes to customer service this guy "gets it". The quoted price was the price, no up sell, no cross sell or no "add on surprises" at the end of the job. He took the time to listen to me and then evaluated what I needed to do to solve my pest problems, presented me with my options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Non-intrusive in every aspect of the job. My neighbors had no idea who was doing what kind of work in my home. Totally confidential and discreet in the presentation which was a huge concern for me. I was unaware of his presence most of the time while he worked in my home. With small children and pets involved it was also very important to understand the impact of the service on their health. The job was done in the time frame he committed to and for the price he committed to... and the problem has not returned. Pest problems can be a very difficult thing to deal with and with an infestation of cockroaches and rats I was horrified. Home-Tite took the horror out of it for me and gave me back my piece of mind and my home. After he left there was no evidence that I had ever had a problem. The service was very professional and the price met my expectations. I wish I had called earlier. Give this company a try, you won’t regret it. Thank you Home-Tite!

We contacted Embo Pest Control about bedbugs and they sprayed and used heat and they explained to the tenants what to do. They were on time and did an excellent job, I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend Embo.

My experience with Hamilton Extermination was exemplary. I had a problem with mice and they were professional and informative. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

I just want to compliment Action Pest for not only doing a good job but for actually coming out quickly because I had a tenant who was freaking out over bed bugs. The lady who answered the phone in the office was not only courteous but was able to get all the information emailed to my tenant to prepare and when Scott came out to do the job he spent about 20 minutes before hand going over everything with my tenant. Also got rid of our bug problem.

"Aanteater was recommended to me by my daughter based on her experience. The technician came promptly and gave a detailed written quote to remove a squirrel from my family room ceiling without charge. A day or so later I decided to go ahead and an appointment was made to have the work done. Michael turned up on time, did the work efficiently (even managing some extra gratis!) and explained what he did. He was very pleasant to work with! A week later a supervisor turned up, also on time, to remove the one way trap and inspect Michael's work. Another week later the squirrel is hanging around the garden (looking quite annoyed!!). I hope I never have to test the warranty given!!!!!

Knowledgeable about how to deal with mice in our home attic. Responsive service. They took care of the problem right away. They returned on a Sunday several months later when I expressed concern that there might be mice still visiting the lower cabinet of our outdoor BBQ. This was included in their "guarantee" and therefore no charge. Highly recommend them.
