Pest Control

They are knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and affordable. R & Q Pest & Termite Care is always on point!! His attention to detail amazes us. Thank you for keeping our house bug free!! Would definitely recommend this company!

We use Bionet to look after our small cafe, very friendly and professional service from the staff, they always pre book and let us know when they will be visiting and when the cafe is quiet for them to do their checks.

I had an excellent service from Prime Pest Control. I had phoned a variety of providers and had little response. PPC called me back immediately, gave me excellent and immediate advice and came within two days. Very thorough and seemed totally focussed on detail and giving me the best service possible. Many thanks

Thanks for saving me from this disaster!

The ants in my kitchen are now history, there is no chemical smell left too.

No more mice! Thanks guys.

Fast, efficient and affordable!

Had mice in our kitchen, Lee dealt with them quickly and efficiently, came back to check, all was ok, would highly recommend, lovely bloke.

Worst communication ever and also ruined over $1000 worth of our stuff that he shouldn't have sprayed also did not leave us with any company name or card he didn't even leave us the chemical name that he sprayed and my girlfriend is pregnant and we do not know if it could have effected her or the baby.. he came only by himself to spray a whole house basement and main floor.. he did not do the rite type of treatment at all and he also said he was supposed to wait 5 weeks to come back meanwhile it's supposed to be 2 weeks after the first spray that he is supposed to come back and spray again he also said he does not want to come back.. this company needs to be inspected by the health board and needs to be shut down for good

They did the pest control a few times here in our suite. In my opinion, their success rate is horrible as the cockroaches always come back. Even though I asked for some improvement which we have done. Other pest control company did excellent job, high success rate. Never recommend this company to anyone. I have heard the same complaints from other tenants. Also I have seen cockroaches in the hallway. How can they able to get their job right. I can tell the difference from the previous pest control. It's very clearly that Citron cannot do their job properly.

asked to talk to the owner and said no ...hahhaahhha nice service very professional!
