Completion time was shorter then quoted which resulted in me paying less money! Came and checked for a squirrel in my roof. Installed a trap and came back a few weeks later to remove the trap and close the hole. Squirrel came back and had started to pull out the mesh. Exopest came back and secured the mesh without issue and at no extra charge. I will use these guys again for sure, however i found it odd that they dont have their own ladder.

I just wanted to give a review for this business as they could’ve sold me their services yet stated to me that their process for fumigation wouldn’t have helped. They offered me a piece of advice for free and this tells me that this business is trustworthy and I would use them for any other problems that come up from here forward

I received excellent service from them this week. I called them at 7:00am with a pest issue and they were at my house by 9:30am. Price was reasonable compared to the rest but the service was outstanding. The owner returned twice to ensure everything was good and promised to return again in a few days to follow up. Give them a call first!

We find that the product and services we receive from Orkin Canada - Burnaby to be very effective at our facility with the problems we have. We enjoy the responsiveness when we have e-mail inquires. We also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness we receive from the technician that visits the facility.

I would give this company a 0 star rating if I could. Basically the same scenario as Neo Granzon. The tech just comes in, replaces the poison, and tells us to wait for a few more weeks. Not only it did not rectify the mice issue but there's more now. Getting ahold of them is impossible. I had to use another phone to call in order for someone to pick up. That explains what kind of company this is. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Canforce Pest Control was excellent. I was able to reach them on the first call, and they dealt with my tenants directly giving them instructions and coordinating the steps that needed to occur. I was treated in a professional manner and they were diligent with solving the problem. Very highly recommend

Highly recommended. Contacted Ryan to take care of a silverfish problem in my townhouse. He responded in a reasonable time to my email inquiry and phone calls which was greatly appreciated. Very professional when he came to my home. Even took the time to point out some simple maintenance issues that would help prevent future problems like trimming a tree back that squirrels could use to access my roof and a small gap in my garage door seal that mice could use to access my garage. You can tell he is truly invested in his profession and not just making a sale. Great local owner run business.

These guys are awesome. We had a bedbug problem and the day we called them, they were there, and we haven't seen a single one since. Would highly recommend them to everyone!
